1. Seller and scope
JingleDeck is created and supported by Richard van Iperen in the Netherlands. Questions can be sent to jingledeck@jingledeck.com. These terms cover the website, customer account, demo, software downloads, licences and optional online services. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
2. Checkout and payment
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for paid orders and handles payment, applicable tax, receipts and invoices. The price, currency, product and tax shown at checkout form part of your order. An order is complete after successful payment confirmation.
3. Digital delivery
Delivery takes place through your JingleDeck account. One Windows installer serves demos and paid licences; access is checked after sign-in. Keep account details accurate and private. An internet connection is required whenever the application starts.
4. Product and compatibility
JingleDeck is intended for compatible 64-bit Windows systems described on the requirements page. Audio hardware, drivers, MIDI devices, networks and third-party media formats may affect operation. Check the demo in your real setup before relying on it for a production.
5. Licences, operators and devices
The selected product determines the number of named operators and device activations. Only the Account Admin may invite or remove operators. Access is personal to the assigned user and governed by the software licence terms.
6. Updates and online availability
The purchased software edition is licensed as described at checkout. Eligible updates may be provided for security, compatibility or product operation. Online services such as account checks and Guest Drop depend on network and hosting availability, may use reasonable fair-use limits and can be interrupted by maintenance, provider incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Support and your responsibilities
Contact us with the app version, Windows version, audio device and a clear description of the issue. You remain responsible for testing before a live production, maintaining suitable backups of local show data and complying with music, broadcast and performance rights.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JingleDeck is not responsible for indirect losses, lost productions, lost revenue or loss caused by unsupported hardware, third-party services, incorrect routing or failure to test and back up a show.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. We prefer to resolve concerns directly and fairly before formal proceedings.
