1. Start with the demo
Use the seven-day demo to check JingleDeck with your Windows version, audio interface, drivers, MIDI equipment, network and real media files before purchasing.
2. Digital-content withdrawal
Consumers in the European Economic Area normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. For digital content, that right may end once immediate access or downloading begins if checkout obtained your explicit consent and acknowledgement as required by law. Mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming software remain unaffected.
3. Technical problems
If the product does not operate as described, contact us promptly. Include your account email, app version, Windows version, audio device and exact steps. We will first try to diagnose and repair the problem. Where the law requires a price reduction, cancellation or refund because the software cannot be brought into conformity, that remedy remains available.
4. Duplicate or incorrect orders
Contact us as soon as possible for duplicate charges, an incorrect product or an unauthorised transaction. Do not publish payment details or passwords. We will coordinate the request with Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record.
5. How to request help
Email jingledeck@jingledeck.com from the address used for the order and include the order number from your receipt or account information.
6. Effect of a refund
When a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related paid licence is deactivated. Local show files are not automatically deleted, but the application requires another valid entitlement before it can start.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times can vary.
