1. Licence grant
After a valid purchase or authorised grant, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use JingleDeck, including the JingleDeck and JingleDeck GO workspaces, within the named-operator and device limits shown in your account. The software is licensed, not sold.
2. Demo
The demo is available for seven days, requires an online check at startup and may limit the quantity of normal production content. When the demo ends, the application is blocked until a paid or otherwise authorised licence is connected. Resetting devices or accounts to bypass a demo limit is not allowed.
3. Accounts and operators
The Account Admin controls invitations and available operator seats. Each operator must use their own account and keep credentials private. You may not share one operator identity between unrelated people or exceed the purchased device allowance.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your audio, pages, productions, artwork, settings and logbook data. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Local production data should be backed up before updates or major changes.
5. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the installer or licence access; bypass authentication, entitlement or device controls; use the service fraudulently; or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Updates and changes
We may provide fixes, security improvements and feature updates. An update may replace an earlier version. Material licence changes will be communicated appropriately and will not remove mandatory statutory rights.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for a refunded or reversed order, security abuse, credential sharing or a serious breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected. Termination ends the right to use the software but does not transfer or automatically delete locally stored content.
8. No professional-rights substitute
The logbook helps organise playback records, but you remain responsible for checking reporting rules and submitting accurate information to broadcasters, rights organisations, venues or other authorities.
9. Statutory rights
These licence terms operate together with the terms of sale and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
