1. Who is responsible
JingleDeck is operated by Richard van Iperen in the Netherlands. For privacy questions or requests, email jingledeck@jingledeck.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information, including your name, email address, profile and account role.
- Licence, trial, order and entitlement references, including product, status, dates and operator allowance.
- Device activation information, including a protected device identifier, device label, app version and last successful licence check.
- Security and operational records needed to prevent abuse, investigate faults and administer accounts.
- Messages and contact details submitted through the contact form or support email.
3. Guest Drop and online delivery
When a user deliberately enables online Guest Drop, the guest's submitted audio, titles, order and delivery references are processed so the set can reach the intended JingleDeck account. The online server copy expires exactly seven days after final submission. Incomplete draft uploads are normally removed after 24 hours. An accepted local copy can remain on the main computer after the server copy is deleted.
4. Why we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver demos and paid licences, enforce purchased operator and device limits, provide downloads and updates, deliver explicitly requested online features, process support, prevent fraud and meet legal accounting obligations.
Our legal bases include performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately and can be withdrawn.
5. Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database and secure server functions; Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax and receipts; and specialist website, email and temporary file-delivery hosting providers. These providers process information under their own safeguards and only for the relevant service.
Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.
6. Retention and security
Account and licence information is retained while the account or legal relationship remains active, and afterwards only as long as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Purchase and tax records are retained for the legally required period. Access controls, encrypted connections and restricted server credentials are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. Contact us from the email address connected to your account so the request can be verified.
9. Updates
We may update this notice when the product, providers or law changes. The effective date and version above identify the current edition.
